Refund policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be unworn and unwashed, in its original
condition with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. We also
need your order number or proof of purchase.

HOW TO START A RETURN
Email team.casadeiconti@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for
the return. We will reply with a return authorisation and the return address.

Please do not ship anything back before you have received that
authorisation. Unannounced returns cannot be processed or refunded.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged,
faulty, or is not what you ordered. In those cases we cover the full cost of
return shipping and send a prepaid label.

We recommend a tracked service. Until the parcel reaches us it remains your
responsibility, and we cannot refund a return that never arrives.

DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, defective or
incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and
the packaging. We will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping,
at your choice.

REFUNDS
Once your return arrives and passes inspection we will let you know whether
it has been approved, normally within 3 business days. Approved refunds go
back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or
card issuer may take a few days longer to post it.

Original shipping charges are only refunded when the return is our fault.

ITEMS WE CANNOT ACCEPT
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery
- Items returned without tags or original packaging
- Gift cards and sale items marked final sale

EXCHANGES
The fastest route is to return the item for a refund and place a new order
for the size or colour you want. This avoids your preferred size selling out
while the return is in transit.

EUROPEAN UNION — 14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If your order is delivered to an address in the EU, you have a statutory
right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason and
without justification. This right exists alongside the 30-day policy above,
whichever benefits you more. To exercise it, email us a clear statement of
withdrawal before the 14 days expire.
