TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms govern your use of casadeiconti.com and any purchase you make
from it. By using this site or placing an order, you accept them.

1. WHO WE ARE
This store is operated by Casa Dei Conti, registered in Italy. In these terms "we", "us" and "our" mean that company.

2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 14 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal
guardian, to place an order.

3. PRODUCTS AND DESCRIPTIONS
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours may appear
differently depending on your screen. Measurements in our size guides are
approximate and given to help you choose, with a tolerance of roughly half
an inch due to manual measurement.

Our garments follow Asian sizing, which runs one to two sizes smaller than
US sizing. Please use the size guide on each product page rather than the
size letter alone.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable sales tax where we
are required to charge it. Import duties are not included, see our Shipping
Policy.

Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already
confirmed. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a
technical or human error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Payment is taken when you place your order. We accept the methods shown at
checkout. Payments are processed through Shopify's secure, encrypted
checkout, and we never see or store your full card details.

5. ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a
dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, refunding you in
full, if the item is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if there has been
a pricing error.

6. RETURNS
Our Refund Policy forms part of these terms.

7. WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
Products are covered by the statutory warranty applicable in your country.
For orders delivered in the European Union this is a two-year legal
guarantee of conformity.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury,
fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that,
our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site, including text, images, logos and design, belongs
to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. ACCEPTABLE USE
You may not use this site for unlawful purposes, attempt to gain
unauthorised access to it, or copy or scrape it for commercial purposes.

10. CHANGES
We may update these terms. The version published at the time you order is
the one that applies to that order.

11. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by Belgian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the
protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, and
you may bring proceedings in your local courts.

EU consumers can also use the European Commission's Online Dispute
Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
