SHIPPING

WHERE WE SHIP
We ship to the United States and to the European Union.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or
public holidays are processed the next business day.

DELIVERY TIME
Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days after dispatch. The estimate for
each item is shown on its product page.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs inspections, carrier delays and
peak periods can extend them. If your order has not arrived within 30 days
of dispatch, email us and we will refund it in full or send a replacement,
whichever you prefer.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and order,
and are shown in full before you pay.

TRACKING
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order
ships. Tracking can take 2–4 business days to show its first scan.

IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES
Your order ships from our supplier's fulfilment centre. Depending on your
country and the value of your order, import duties, taxes or customs fees
may apply on arrival. These are set by your government, are not included in
the price you paid us, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

If a parcel is refused at customs and returned to us, we can refund the
goods but not the original shipping cost.

SPLIT SHIPMENTS
Orders with several items may arrive in more than one parcel, at no extra
cost to you.

WRONG ADDRESS
Please check your shipping address carefully. We cannot reroute a parcel
once it has been dispatched. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect
or incomplete address can be reshipped once you have paid postage again.
